About me

Growing up in the great state of Texas, I've developed a strong affinity for meat - steaks, bbq, burgers...all delicious. Over the past couple of years, however, I've grown especially fond of the cheeseburger. I mean, come on...it single-handedly covers every group of the food pyramid! Now I recognize that my blog won't be for everyone, but I do hope that you'll stop by every once in a while and delight in my burger escapades or even catch one of my memorable non-burger meals that I find post-worthy.
